PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the distributor to view our additional costs beyond the price of the product chosen.

Decorated Items

  1. All orders must be submitted in writing. We do not accept verbal orders. You may submit your order by email or fax.

  2. Fax or email order to specify Billing / Shipping address, phone/ fax / email contact info and contact person name.

  3. ALL ARTWORK MUST HAVE CUSTOMER APPROVAL. Once art is approved Accent Southwest is not responsible for artwork or spelling errors on finished product. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY!

  4. To be exempt from sales tax, please provide a copy of Resale Permit in order.

  5. First time orders and customers not set up on terms are prepay by credit card; a 3% processing fee will apply. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.

  6. Net 30 terms are available and subject to approval.

  7. We offer services from UPS and FedEx. If shipping method is not stated on the purchase order, UPS Ground Service will be used.

  8. Freight charges will be added to all invoices unless shipping account number is indicated on purchase order.

  9. We accept Third Party shipping account of recipients or our customers for freight charge billing. Please note: UPS currently charges a Third-Party Billing Service Rate of 5.00% applicable to the total charges on all packages that are billed to third parties.

  10. There is a $12.50(g) service charge per drop ship location on all purchase orders.

  11. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

  12. You may arrange a pick-up with other shipping carriers rather than using UPS or FedEx. Any shipping documents required by your shipping carriers must be completed and provided by email or by fax. We are not responsible for any delay of pick-up from your own shipping carrier.

  13. **INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT - ALL products must be inspected and any damage reported within 2 weeks of delivery; we are not responsible beyond that date.


    Regarding Samples

  14. ALL samples are "end column pricing" plus shipping fees. (receiver/3rd party UPS account # may be provided)

  15. Some items are NOT available for 3rd party shipping (please check availability).

  16. When your sample arrives, please open all boxes and inspect all contents immediately. We must be notified of any damages, defects or other problems within 7 days of the invoice date for credit.

  17. Sample returns are available within 21 days of initial order and are processed with full credit or refund not including shipping. The returned items must arrive at our business in original packaging, including gift box wrapping sleeve and packing materials, within 21 days of the issue date on the return label; otherwise.

  18. Sample returns after 21 days are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value. If the sample is damaged returns are not available.

  19. NO RETURNS AFTER 45 DAYS.

  20. We do not issue credit for returns until we receive and inspect the item. Accent Southwest will not accept the return if the item has been altered, etched, or damaged. All returns shall be shipped prepaid to Accent Southwest's place of business in the original packaging and condition. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


    Blank Items

  21. Blank Items are EQP.

  22. Customer shipping numbers may not be used on some blank items. Subject to approval.
